Terms of payment and cancellation
No prepayment, the total amount of the reservation is paid on site, as well as the tourist tax 0.88€/adult/night by credit card or in cash.
At the time of booking, a bank imprint is required to finalise the booking: guarantee in the event of cancellation. If time permits, you can pay in 2 or 3 instalments (by bank transfer before your arrival). To check feasibility and make arrangements, send us your request by email.
If you cancel at least 14 days before the start of your holiday: no deductions;
If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the start of your holiday: 50% of the total cost of your booking will be deducted;
If you cancel less than 7 days before the start of your stay or a no-show: 100% of the cost of your booking will be deducted.
Exemple
Your stay starts on 1 July :
No penalty if you cancel by midnight on 16 June;
50% penalty if you cancel between 17 June and 24 June midnight;
100% penalty if you cancel after 25 June or if you do not show up.
Cancellation Assurance
When you book, you can take out cancellation insurance on the booking platform (independent organisation). In this case, we will deduct the amount due and send you an invoice to send to the insurance company for reimbursement.)
Practical information
Children aged 7 and over are welcome
Check-in between 4.30pm and 8pm.
Check-out no later than 11am.
Continental breakfasts are served from 8.30am to 10am (earlier service available on request).
A secure car park is available for guests (1 car/room).
The swimming pool is open from mid-May to the end of September from 9am to 10pm.
Pets are not allowed.
